We make proper pizza, which means only using fresh, handmade dough and our secret recipe tomato sauce, made fresh every day by Raphael.  We only put an exclusive few pizzas on our classics menu, knowing that we can make all of them with fresh, locally-sourced, high quality ingredients every
time.  We believe doing a few recipes really well is more important than offering every pizza
topping imaginable.
